Bryson Community Association is currently in the Development Period, as defined by the governing documents, whereby the developer appoints all members of the Board of Directors.

As Board President, Tommy Tucker presides over all meetings of Bryson Community Association, establishes meeting agendas, executes contracts, and serves as the main point of contact for Management. Tommy has been a development team member for a number of master-planned communities in central Texas including Avery Ranch, Mueller, Belterra, and Rough Hollow. Tommy is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Council of Austin, and volunteers for Meals on Wheels and More and Gateway Church. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Real Estate and Finance.
Secretary - Kandis Rushing
Secretary - Kandis Rushing
As Secretary, Kandis Rushing is responsible for recording and keeping the minutes of all association meetings, and maintains all documents for Bryson Community Association. Kandis grew up in West Texas and relocated to Austin in 2005 where she found her passion in real estate marketing. She has spent the last 11 years in builder and developer marketing roles including Lennar Homes and Crescent Communities. Kandis has extensive experience managing and executing builder/developer marketing strategies and maintaining business relationships with the Home Builder’s Association, Austin Board of Realtors, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. She also serves as Secretary on the Executive Board of Directors for HomeAid Austin, and is the past Vice President of Communications for the HBA of Greater Austin. 
Treasurer - Kelsey Thorne
Treasurer - Kelsey Thorne
As Treasurer, Kelsey Thorne is the financial voice of the Bryson Community Association and serves as liaison to the Association’s auditor. During her career, she has managed several large-scale commercial developments, as well as residential master-planned communities.  She is a member of numerous local organizations including CREW Houston, Greater Houston Builders Association, American Society of Civil Engineers and Urban Land Institute.  A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Ms. Gerber has a Masters of Engineering and Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
