Board of Directors

As Board President, Rusty Campbell presides over all meetings of Bryson Community Association, establishes meeting agendas, executes contracts, and serves as the main point of contact for Management. Rusty has 30 years of experience in real estate development. Mr. Campbell joined Johnson Development in 1999 to manage special projects for Johnson Development. His responsibilities while at Johnson Development include commercial sales on all of the Houston projects, General Manager of Berkshire, Interim General Manager of Silverlake, Interim General Manager of Trinity Falls and General Manager of Fall Creek. Prior to joining Johnson Development, Mr. Campbell served as Assistant Vice President of Mellon Properties Company, a subsidiary of Mellon Bank, N.A., from 1988 to 1999. A 1985 graduate of Sam Houston State University, Mr. Campbell has a B.A. in business and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.

As Secretary, Kandis Rushing is responsible for recording and keeping the minutes of all association meetings, and maintains all documents for Bryson Community Association. Kandis grew up in West Texas and relocated to Austin in 2005 where she found her passion in real estate marketing. She has spent the last 11 years in builder and developer marketing roles including Lennar Homes and Crescent Communities. Kandis has extensive experience managing and executing builder/developer marketing strategies and maintaining business relationships with the Home Builder’s Association, Austin Board of Realtors, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. She also serves as Secretary on the Executive Board of Directors for HomeAid Austin, and is the past Vice President of Communications for the HBA of Greater Austin. 

Chris Williams, Financial Analyst for Johnson Development, currently serves as the Board Treasurer for Bryson Community Association. He is based out of Houston Texas, with nearly 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration–Accounting in 2007 and Master of Accountancy in 2009, both from Texas State University. 

Dana Kaczmarek currently serves as a resident elected Board Member for the Bryson Community Association and serves as Director at Large. 

 

Balwan Narwal currently serves as a resident elected Board Member. He previously served as the Vice President of Citigroup New York in the finance service industry. Prior to his 15 years of service in New York, he was a Professor at a Government College in Meham, India. He is now retired and enjoys reading, tennis and volleyball.
